1. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY
Products are delivered by affiliated courier companies where caremarket24.com forwards users' personal information, such as name, shipping address, telephone and other details needed, so that orders can be delivered.
We offer the following shipping methods:
a. Delivery at the Courier Store (within Cyprus). Shipping charges cost 2€ for orders under 40€. For orders above 40€, shipping is free.
b. Delivery at your residence or work address (within Cyprus). Shipping charges cost 3€ for orders under 40€. For orders above 40€, shipping is free.
NOTE: If Cash on Delivery is selected as your payment method, there will be an additional fee of €1.00. This amount (€1.00) will be added in the order total.
Delivery of the orders is only made to the buyer in person by displaying his or her original identity card or passport. In case the price is paid by credit card it is also necessary to show the credit card upon delivery of the products. It is forbidden to receive products to a third party unless the buyer has authorized a third party to do so, in writing, on the authenticity of his signature. In this case, the third party must show the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the order.
Regardless of the method of payment, shipping costs are charged by the consumer / purchaser by debiting the credit card upon completion of the order.

2. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery of the products usually takes place within 1-5 working days once the order is placed. On rare occasions delivery can take up to 30 working days, depending on the completion of the order and depends on the availability of the products, the place of dispatch of the products and the confirmation of the customer's details. In exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended if the consumer has been informed beforehand.
The order may be delayed for the following reasons: 1. The product has been delayed by our supplier. In this case, caremarket24.com will contact the customer to ask if he wants to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. This item will be shipped to the customer upon receipt in our warehouses. 2. The product has already been removed or is in short supply and is not available. In this case, caremarket24.com will contact the customer to provide him with an alternative if he so desires. 3. In times of extreme weather or strikes, and in the event of force majeure, which may affect the shipment and delivery of the customer's order. In this case, caremarket24.com will communicate as soon as possible with the customer, in order for the latter to state whether they wish to complete the order under these circumstances. 4.
