Orders & Returns

Ways of Ordering:
Caremarket24.com gives you the following ways to order the products you want:

1. Through our Website - our E-Shop (only for users within Cyprus)
2. By E-mail (only for users outside Cyprus and within the European Union)

Our store accepts orders only from countries within the European Union

1. Through our Website - E-Shop
If you have already signed up as a customer, you can log in to your account with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link to be sent back to your e-mail.

If you are not registered and want to sign up, select the [Register] link. The advantage you have with registering as a customer is that you can track previous orders, repeat your existing order, and use previously saved shipping addresses without rewriting them.

Find the products you are interested in through the product catalog or search in the online store or through the offers displayed on our main site.

Add the products of interest to your cart through the [+ Shopping Cart] link on the products. On the basket page you will see the list of products in your cart and you will make changes to the quantities if you want.

When you are finished with your purchases, click on the [Shopping Cart] link located in the upper right corner of our web pages and from the Basket page select "Complete Market" to complete your order.

On the next page you will be asked for shipping and billing information to complete your purchases. Your order will be completed when you press the last "Confirm" button.
1. If JCC payment method is selected as the payment method, you will then be transferred to the payment provider's website where you will be asked for the details you need to pay for your order. Once you have successfully paid the total amount of the order, you will be taken back to caremarket24.com and you will see the confirmation page and thank you.
2. If Cash On Delivery payment method is selected (COD) your order will be successfully placed once you click confirm.

Once we receive the complete order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the products you have ordered. If there is any problem please contact us via e-mail

2. Via E-mail (only for users outside Cyprus and withing European Union)
You can send your order by e-mail to info@caremarket24.com, indicating the following:
- Your name, phone number and address
- The list of products you selected

We will then inform you of the shipping information, such as cost, shipping and time, and when you confirm that you accept the order. Payment will be made by wire transfer to a bank account that will be sent to you once you have confirmed your order along with other transaction information. Once we receive the order amount, your order will be shipped.

Attention: Before executing any order via e-mail, it is necessary that we respond to you in your e-mail to confirm your products and data. If there is no such communication from us within 1-2 business days, it is likely that your order has not been received by us (eg e-mail declared as spam and deleted). In this case, please contact us again.

Reward Points:
Our electronic shop offer rewards points when your order is greater than €1. In order to be able to benefit from the reward points program you must first register with our shop. For every €1 on your order 1 reward point is earned (e.g ordering products with total of €40 you earn 40 reward points). For every 100 reward points collected, you get €1 discount on the total amount of the order. The total reward points can be redeemed during the checkout process. When you are prompted to select a payment method there is a selection to use reward points.
You can check your reward points balance/statement under My Account/Reward Points.
NOTE 1: During registration an extra 50 reward points are awarded to you which you can use at any time.
NOTE 2: Reward points are visible to your account once an order is completed (that means that the order was successfully delivered).


Order cancellation:

You can cancel the order via e-mail.

You have the option of canceling your order, without any charge, if it has not yet been sent. If you have given us your e-mail, you will know when the order was shipped, because we will notify you by e-mail when we send the order.

In case the cancellation of the order is made after the start of the shipment and before the delivery, you are charged with the postage, shipping costs from the transport. After deducting the above, the remaining amount of the order will be refunded within 30 days.

If you have already received the order, it is not possible to cancel the order without returning the goods. See below for the product return process. Your money will be refunded within 30 days.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 10 working days of the date you receive them, at the expense of returning them.

Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as you received them, without having their packaging unsealed or tampered with or deformed or used or destroyed. Necessary also for the return are the sales documents, ie the retail receipt or the invoice.

Shipping and packaging costs are only covered by us if return is necessary due to our fault. In any other case, transportation of the products to our premises is at your own risk and expense.

Reimbursed money will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the products. Reimbursed money refers to the amount of your order without the shipping charges and any commissions and expenses paid to clear your payment (eg from JCC). Before returning the product(s) you will need to contact us either by e-mail or by phone for details of the return.

In the event of a product wrong availability, the company bears no responsibility but is required either to replace the product in question or to return its value.

Destruction of Product during transport:
In the event of partial or total destruction of one or more products during transportation, the customer is required to inform our company within 48 hours of receipt. The customer is also required to send photographic material to our company that clearly shows the damaged products as well as the parcel. In case of proven product destruction during transportation, the customer is fully compensated by our company with a new shipment of the damaged products.
